Offering a lifetime warranty gives you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase. If you ever experience an issue with your OYO Pilates equipment, we’ll be here to assist you every step of the way.


What’s Covered?

Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects and quality issues that occur with normal use of OYO Pilates equipment. These defects typically become evident shortly after purchase.

However, the warranty does not cover: damage caused by improper use, negligence, or modification of the product and wear and tear from excessive or unintended use.


How to Claim Your Warranty?


If you encounter a problem, simply contact our customer support team by sending an email to info@oyopilates.com. Please include a photo of the damaged item as well as a brief explanation of how the damage occurred (optional but helpful).

We’ll review your request promptly.


What’s Included in the Warranty?


If your claim is approved, we’ll replace the defective part for free.

For claims made within 30 days of purchase, we’ll also cover shipping fees if the defect is confirmed to be manufacturing-related. After the initial 30 days, a small shipping fee may apply.
